“ Wonderful new restaurant on the Saint Augustine waterfront. The space is elegant while maintaining the Saint Augustine architectural details reminiscent of the old town. We dined in the courtyard in an open area with great ambiance and authenticity. The extensive stone work adds to the crisp, clean new look. We started with the Caesar Salad, crispy romaine letty with the most delicious dressing ever. My wife does not use dressing, but tonight she asked for more! We chose the Short Rib Bolognese, it was flavorful and quite delicious. We could not resist the description of the Hundred Layer Lasagna, but it did not live up to expectation — great sauce, but nothing in between the layers. However, the Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cake with Coffee Ice Cream exceeded expectations. I prefer milk chocolate, but this was too good to resist. Lastly, our server Cozette was smart, capable and possessed a great personality that added to the overall experience. Saint is new and great, go there soon. We will be back! ”
“ Been upstairs before. First time in the main restaurant. Party of 6. Great service by Danny and his team. Very, very upbeat, positive, friendly staff. Saint now takes reservations which is wonderful for locals! Food was universally spectacular. My favorites were the carpaccio, the huge bread service, and the two deserts (lemon cheesecake and chocolate cake). ”

“ We didn’t have a reservation but still got a fantastic table with a beautiful view of the bridge. Everything about our visit was wonderful! Our server, Kristy, was incredibly attentive and patient—especially with our special requests for the kids. Thank you, Kristy! The restaurant itself is stunning, and the food was absolutely amazing. The presentation of the grilled octopus looked so good, we couldn’t even stop to take a picture—we just dug right in! We also had the lamb chops and the butternut squash ravioli, both of which were delicious. If you’re looking for a place with excellent outdoor seating and a memorable meal, this is definitely the spot. We’ll be back for sure! ”
“ 5 Stars – An Elegant and Modern Italian Gem on St. Augustine’s Bayfront We recently celebrated our anniversary at Saint Italian Restaurant, and the experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, we requested seating in the courtyard, which was graciously accommodated. The courtyard feels like a tropical oasis, featuring ample seating, an outdoor fire, and beautiful lighting. Additionally, the second-floor outdoor balconies offer stunning views of the courtyard or Bayfront, enhancing the dining experience. Inside, the ambiance is warm and romantic, with contemporary decor and intimate lighting. The hostess greeted us warmly and provided excellent recommendations. The service throughout our meal was impeccable. The bread service is a must-try, offering a delicious and varied selection, including local honey as one of the dipping options. I ordered the 100-layer lasagna, which was outstanding. I began with the Capri cocktail, which was pleasant, but after tasting my husband’s Bourbon and Berries, I made the switch and was delighted. As locals, we’re thrilled to have discovered this gem in the historic district. We highly recommend Saint for adults or families with teenagers visiting St. Augustine. While it is a pricier option in the historic district, the dining experience is well worth the splurge. We look forward to returning with friends and family. ”
“ So, we ended up going there two days back to back, cause it was so good! That veal entree, I forgot exact name “...bucco” - was so amazingly delicious and melting in your mouth with a complex and deep pallet of flavors that we had to have it again next night. Even though this place is 45min drive away from us. The desert with a pear was outstanding, highly recommend those two dishes! ”
“ We stopped in for a cocktail and some appetizers on the rooftop. The view of the bayfront is gorgeous, and the appetizers and cocktails were delicious. Our server was friendly and fun to talk to. It was a bit quieter as they were just opening up for the afternoon, but I am thoroughly impressed with the space and how gorgeous it is! ”

Soup of the day was phenomenal and the BREAD SERVICE, sheeesh so much yumminess. The gnocchi, the Caesar, the proteins grilled to perfection.... ALL THE WAY TO THE LAST BITE YALL!! Absolute perfection! Also the cocktails are worth every drop! ”
